This year students have proposed 29 books and will partner with a faculty member to sponsor each book. In late April, all students will choose the book that they want to read this summer. When we return in August, time will be set aside to discuss the books in small groups facilitated by the student leaders and faculty sponsors. It is our hope that by providing a wider selection of books, all chosen by their peers, students will have a more meaningful summer reading experience.
